How long should I cleanse?

  • 30-day cleanse –Be skeptical of any cleanse promising extreme results in a short amount of time. It took your body a long time to accumulate unwanted build-up. A healthy cleanse will gently encourage your body’s natural elimination process and emphasize a healthy diet, water and exercise. If you cleanse bi-annually or more frequently, one 30-day Colonix Program should do the trick.
  • 60-day cleanse – If this is not your first time cleanse, but you want a more thorough detox because of your lifestyle, environment or diet, we recommend you complete a 60-day cleanse.
  • 90-day cleanse – Think of cleansing as ‘spring cleaning’ your body: You can do a quick, cursory clean or a deep, thorough scrubbing. The latter may take more time, but it’s worth the extra effort. If this is your first cleanse or a cleanse you only do once a year, we recommend you commit to a full 90-day cleanse for optimal results. You’ll feel the difference!

What's included in the 30 day Kit?

Colonix Program is a comprehensive three-part detoxifying system that includes the following products. These are not just three kinds of pills, but three different items designed to work well together: herbal capsules, fiber powder and tea. All three products are needed at the same time for a powerful and comprehensive internal cleanse. Each component does a specific job.

Colonix® Intestinal Cleanser

The fiber powder is mixed with water or juice and acts like a sponge in the digestive tract, attaching to the build-up on the walls and crevices of the colon.

KleriTea®

A rich herbal-fusion of 12 natural ingredients that assist in detoxification. Taken right before bed, the herbal tea stimulates the bowels, so the body is ready to expel the spongy waste material the next day.

Paranil®

An Herbal supplement, Paranil® contains a proprietary blend of 17 herbs to support and cleanse the liver.*

Instructions:

Days 1-5 

MORNING: Take 2 Paranil® capsules on an empty stomach. Next, approximately 15 minutes after, mix 1/2 scoop of Colonix® Intestinal Cleanser with 8oz of juice or water. Drink your fiber mix quickly, or it will become too thick. Follow it with another 8oz glass of water.

EVENING: Before bed, steep a bag of KleriTea® in hot water for 1-2 minutes before drinking. After 5 days, drink tea every other day or less frequently.

Days 6-30 

MORNING: Take 4 Paranil® capsules on an empty stomach. Next, approximately 15 minutes after, mix 1 scoop of Colonix® Intestinal Cleanser with 8oz of juice or water. Drink your fiber mix quickly, or it will become too thick. Follow it with another 8oz glass of water.

EVENING: Every other day (or less frequently) before bed, steep a bag of KleriTea® in hot water for 2-6 minutes before drinking. 

Days 31 - 60 (or 90) 

Take a five-day break from the Paranil® and KleriTea® as you start your second month of cleansing. Continue the Colonix® Intestinal Cleanser only, and on day 6 resume taking the Paranil® capsules daily, drinking the tea every other day or less frequently.

IMPORTANT: Drink eight glasses of pure water throughout the day.

 

How long do I have to do a cleanse?

Typically, we recommend undertaking the program for a full three months if it is your first time cleansing. However, sometimes only one or two months may be sufficient. After your initial 90-day cleanse, you can detoxify your body at regular intervals: one a year or every six months. Do this by completing the program again, but for only 30-60 days.

How many times a year can one do it? How long in between?

A full cleanse – lasting 90 days – is recommended once a year. (A good way to remember this is to start it on your birthday – it makes a great gift to others or even to yourself!) After the initial 90-day cleanse, it is good to continue taking the Colonix® fiber daily. If you do this, an annual cleanse will be sufficient. If you do not take fiber regularly, then it would be advisable to do a 30-60 day cleanse halfway through the year.
