Returns & Shipping Policy

ALERT: Please be advised that shipping times may take longer than usual. Shipping services (USPS and UPS) are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. WynnPharm continues to adhere to its shipping policies and is processing and shipping orders within 1-2 business days. The estimated 3-5 business day shipping time frame is what is being impacted. We are noticing some shipments are taking closer to 2-3 weeks for delivery. We are working closely with USPS and UPS to try and resolve these delays. SHIPPING POLICY

SanusPharm offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States. To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by SanusPharm (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. All international orders, including Canada, please allow 10-20 business days. All  international locations must pay real time rates. Expedited orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time on regular business days will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 2pm on regular business days will ship on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service does not include weekends/holidays. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur.  

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. SanusPharm provides a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all products – no questions asked! Please allow 10 to 15 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges. Returns must be made to the place of purchase (i.e. Sanuspharm.com, Amazon.com, etc.). 60 day money back guarantee is only valid for one per person.


For a full refund on your products (not including shipping), please complete the following within 60 days:

1. Contact the place of purchase (i.e. SanusPharm.com, Amazon.com, etc.) to get a Return Authorization Number.

2. Mail all containers (opened or unopened) to:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please include name, phone number, email and any additional information about your order.
